PropAssess (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a UK property compliance marketplace and related online tools, including quotation forms, booking checkout, and the free compliance checker.

Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, company name (if provided), and account credentials where you register.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including booking fulfilment, customer support, accounting, and legal retention requirements for certificates and transaction records.

When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it unless a longer retention period is required by law.
